Veddzy is a marketplace connecting couples with verified wedding professionals. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for genuine wedding and event planning purposes.
A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and held in Veddzy escrow. The balance is due as specified at booking. Funds are released to the vendor after the service is delivered and confirmed, per our escrow policy.
Free cancellation is available up to 16 days before the event. Cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit, which is transferable to another date within 4 months. Full details are available on each vendor's booking page.
Verified partners agree to honour the pricing and packages listed on their profile, to fulfil confirmed bookings, and to maintain the documentation and standards required during onboarding and periodic re-verification.
Veddzy charges partners a commission on completed bookings, as disclosed during onboarding. There is no listing fee for couples or partners to join the platform.
Veddzy facilitates bookings between couples and independent vendors. While every partner is verified, Veddzy is not liable for the direct performance of services rendered by partners, beyond the escrow and dispute-resolution protections described in our policies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
