We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, wedding date and city — when you create an account, search for vendors, or make a booking. We also collect payment details, handled securely through our payment processor, and messages you exchange with vendors on the platform.
We use your information to match you with relevant vendors, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and updates, and provide customer support. With your consent, we also send occasional wedding inspiration and platform updates by email.
When you enquire about or book a vendor, we share the details necessary to fulfil that booking — your name, contact information, event date and requirements — with that specific vendor. Vendors do not receive your information until you initiate contact or a booking.
Payments are processed by our licensed payment partners and held in escrow until your event is delivered. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting our support team. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any point using the unsubscribe link.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. While no system is completely immune to risk, we continuously monitor and update our security practices.
